Joel Boe
Founder and CEO
Joel Boé is a proven leader with 30 years of success, uniquely bridging the precision-driven world of medical supply with the robust demands of industrial construction. Joel’s journey began in industrial construction, starting as a laborer and progressing through various craft positions, becoming a certified forklift and manlift operator, and a welder. This hands-on experience provided a strong understanding of project controls, jobsite supervision, project management, and operational leadership. His career advanced into project development and business development, where he implemented integrated sales strategies and expanded market reach in the Gulf Coast region. Joel’s responsibilities included maintaining and broadening the client base through strategic account management, increasing market share, and ensuring projects were staffed with qualified resources.
In May 2020, Joel co-founded a medical PPE supply company to directly address the increased needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He successfully exited this company in August 2022. Building on this experience, Joel formed Boé Group, LLC, in December 2024, with the mission to supply medical testing supplies to all types of medical facilities. This venture leverages his operational expertise from the construction industry to ensure efficient and reliable service in the medical supply sector.
Joel’s diverse background offers a unique advantage, combining operational excellence with the highest standards of quality and reliability essential in the medical field. His cross-industry experience fosters innovative solutions and a comprehensive approach to meeting the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management as well as a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and boating while spending time with his wife of over 25 years, Jennifer, and their four children.
Braden Doughty
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
With both undergraduate and master’s degrees from LSU, where his experience as a baseball player instilled in him the values of hard work, discipline, and teamwork, Braden is dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. Since 2022, he has thrived in medical sales, taking on roles in outside sales, inside sales, executive account management, and logistics. Braden has a passion for serving urgent care, pediatric, and primary care offices, and has become a trusted partner to hundreds of medical practices. Recently married and back in his Baton Rouge hometown, Braden enjoys connecting with nature through hunting, fishing, and golf in his personal time.
